My english seems to be much better, but nevertheless feel free to help me in my practice.

There are two simple premises at the heart of comfortable communication:

1. I have a right to be different.
2. I have a right not to meet one's expectations.

SELF is hopelessly dynamic. And you can do nothing with it - even if you don't like it.

When I want to do all the necessary things, I have to plan a schedule.
After planing a schedule, I feel trapped.
When I feel trapped, I become ill.
When I am ill, I feel disgust and despair.
Doing all the necessary things with disgust and despair drives me to anger and hatred.

Obvious solutions (not to do, not to plan - or to enjoy the anger) are not satisfactory.

Googling through images sometimes brings back a catch of artists skilled in pencil-work.
